Administration

The Administration menu which can be found in the header menu on large screens or on the side menu on small screen is the main entry point for managing the shop configuration. Some of the sub menus are complex whilst others are simpler. Note that some options only show once configured. Sub menus include

  • Common Configurations: This is the main configuration for the shop and contains many options such as Advanced Shop configuration including some of the Administration menus (Optional)

  • Positions: (Optional)

  • Services (Optional) (Dynamically Named): Here you will find the screens to allow an administrator to create a complex menu system for customers to use, think of this as Menu with many menu items to choose from. It is a more complex display and only really needed when a shop needs complex menu structures, consider offering the FIBI tiles as the first option.

  • FIBI Tiles: FIBI Tiles are the default menus that show when you first come into the site. It is enabled by default and to prevent any tiles from showing you need to either hide them or delete them. If a shop has opted for Services menu's consider removing tiles as they are not the same and can confuse customers. Consider using FIBI Tiles in this case as a quick services menu.

  • Staff: Here you can manage the rights of Staff for the shop

  • Edit Specials: (Optional)

  • Customer Orders: Here you can process orders for customers.

  • Status: Here you can set the status of the shop, setting the status of the shop will allows order to be accepted or decline automatically.

  • Location: Here you can set the shops location, this is important if the shop is mobile otherwise it is a set and forget.
