Rights

There are two main rights in the system.

• System Administrator (SysAdmin)

• Administrator (Admin)

  • Process Orders

  • Read Admin rights

  • Edit Admin rights

SysAdmin

The SysAdmin role is the super user that can do all of the Admin tasks and advanced tasks, such as

• See the "ALL.." button in the Shops management Area

• See the "New" button in the Shops management Area

• See the Clone button which allows you to clone the currently loaded shop.

• See the "Remove Seller" button allowing you to delete a shop.

Admin

The Admin role is a role solely designed for managing shop behaviors and is made up of 3 main authorization (access) rights, these rights are set under the Administration/Staff sub menu. The rights are

1. Process Orders, able to process customer orders, in general most staff will have this right only.

2. Read Admin rights, able to view the rights of staff but unable to change them.

3. Edit Admin rights, able to carry out 1 and 2 and also add remove staff and change Admin rights.

All access rights have the same sorts of behaviors such as,

• See the Administration Menu with Sub menus

  • FIBI Tiles, (requires Read or Edit rights)

  • Services, (requires Read or Edit rights)

  • Staff and, (requires Read or Edit rights)

  • Customer Orders (requires Process Orders rights)
